WMS: stock you can trust

Your warehouse, your source of truth. Startship holds stock per SKU, per bin, and pushes what's available back to your channels.

Master SKUs
Barcodes, Chinese and English names, weight, dimensions and photos for every product.

Channel SKU mapping
Map HKTVmall SKUs to your master SKUs, including bundles. Unmapped SKUs go to an exceptions list, not the void.

Warehouses and bins
Multiple warehouses, each with its own bin locations. Stock is tracked to the bin.

Available = on hand − allocated − safety buffer, always up to date.

From order pool to handover manifest: one workflow for your warehouse team.

Order pool with real filters
Filter by channel, store, delivery method, pick-up date, drop-off warehouse, status or exception.

Drop-off batches
Standard Delivery orders are grouped by pick-up date and HKTV warehouse, with a warning when a batch is due today or overdue.

Pick lists by location
Printable A4 pick lists sorted by bin, for a whole batch or a single order.

Scan-to-pack
Scan the waybill, then each item. Wrong SKU or quantity blocks the pack. Works with any USB scanner.

Ship confirm
Confirm one by one, in batches or by scanning. Stock is deducted and HKTVmall is updated.

Multi-parcel splits and can't-fulfil cancellations, each behind a clear irreversible-action confirmation.

Rendered from HKTVmall's own waybill data and kept as PDFs, every page included.

A5, LABEL_WAYBILL_ONLY or LABEL_WITH_SKU_LIST for HKTV, and 100 × 150 mm thermal for couriers.

One merged PDF in pick-list order, so labels come off the printer in the order you pack.

SF Express labels today, with Cainiao and JDL to follow, all normalised into the same print flow.
